1. About A Bong Cha

A Bong Cha is a premium Darjeeling tea brand dedicated to bringing carefully selected, high-quality teas from the Himalayan hills to tea lovers across India.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products, packaging, descriptions and prices as accurately as possible.

As tea is a natural agricultural product, slight variations in appearance, colour, aroma or taste may occur between harvests. These natural variations are a characteristic of authentic Darjeeling tea and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

4. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to revise prices, promotions and product availability without prior notice.

However, any confirmed order will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

5. Orders

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

A Bong Cha reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations such as:

• Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
• Product unavailability
• Payment failure
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider’s process.

• Digital Wallets

Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider, Razorpay. A Bong Cha does not store customers’ card details.

We currently deliver across India.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

As our products are food-grade consumables, returns are generally not accepted once delivered or opened.
